Where do you ship & how much is it?
We currently ship within Canada and the United States. Shipping is free across Canada. Shipping is $15 CAD across the United States.
What is your return policy?
We offer free size exchanges within 10 days from delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags. Returns are also accepted within 10 days on unworn, unwashed items with original tags. A flat $10 CAD return fee is deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing. To start an exchange or return, email hello@vinactive.com
How do I properly care for my vin pieces?
Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, wash with similar colours, and lay flat or hang to dry. Avoid high heat and fabric softeners to preserve the fibres. We recommend air-drying to maintain softness, fit, and longevity

How long does shipping take?
All orders ship from Calgary, Alberta. Canadian orders typically arrive in 2-8 business days. U.S. orders typically arrive in 6-10 business days.
All orders include tracking.
Will I pay duties if I’m in the U.S.?
U.S. orders may be subject to duties depending on customs regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. That said, we ship most U.S. packages with USPS, and small parcels like ours typically clear without any additional charges.
How do I choose my size?
Each product page includes a size guide. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
